Ok so it's a pub raid with music!

Short notice on this one but I was inspired last night when Crhistina called asked me if the group had any plans for Friday. This was the first thing to pop into my head.

We are taking over the Good Times Lounge at the Narrows Plaza bowling alley.

The second installment of the fundraiser.
We did well the first time around raising over $50 for the ship. We still have some items but need to replenish the supply of items to sell. If you have anything you can donate please contact Mem~Bar for directions on how to get it to us (we're stashing our swag at his place).

We had a blast last time joking with the shoppers, singing, and drumming the day away between sales. If you would like to join us you can either be on site at 7:00am and get in free or just swing by at some point during the day for $1 addmission.

Grab your garb and come out to help raise funds to support our drinking habits!

Actually, we are holding this rummage sale fundraiser to cover the costs of a feast on the second day of the Gathering (roasting a whole pig!) as well as the ships miscelaneous supplies which include: firewood, ice, propane, toilet paper, sanitation supplies, first aid supplies, gas for the vechicles we bog down with equipment, and (if there is anything left) extra food/beverages, liquor, tablero booze, water, etc.

We need your help as well as your donations. So, if you have any usable stuff lying around that is no longer needed, please bring it down. You get a cleaner garage/basement and we all get a better kick-off to our piratical busy season!. If you can stay to help out please do. We will be there from 6:00am till about 4:30pm, in garb and yelling ARGGGGG a lot. Please leave the weapons at home for this one.

There is a snack bar right inside for the hunger and thirst.

***We would like to make this a garbed event, come dressed for the part (if you can)!***

Come join us over at Mem~Bar's place for Tablero "practice".

We'll be getting started at 8pm. I suggest grabbing some dinner before you get there, as the last time we did this, it stretched into the wee hours of the morning.

If you've got Tablero supplies, bring 'em! If not, bring a few bucks to chip in. :)

Bring whatever games you might think are appropriate. The Cap'n always brings A LOT of dice for Liar's Dice... beware, though, Mem~Bar has been known to bind the fate of many an unwary landlubber to the service of the Criminal Dawn with his unscrupulous wagers!

Since he no longer has a roommate, that room will be the gaming room. The main room will be for watching movies! Mem~Bar has 105 movies, but suggests that if you have a specific movie you would like to see (DVD or VHS) to bring it. :)

Also, bring along your boffers if you have any. I'm sure that there will be ample opportunity to run across the street and beat each other in the field! If you don't have any, we do have a few that can be spared.

Last time was a blast! Hope to see a bunch of you there. :)

Note: You'll want to park behind the Columbia Bank, not in the apartment's parking lot.
When you get there, give Mem~Bar (Dennis) a buzz at 253-228-7430 and someone will appear at a balcony and start shouting at you. LOL!

A few of us are out of practice due to it being the "off-season." Okay, so there really isn't an "off-season," but our ship only goes out to regional events in the summer.

We'll be meeting at Quarter Master Mem~Bar's place at noon, then meandering over to a nearby park (I'm pretty sure it won't be the field across from his place this time), so don't be late!!

Bring your own boffer, or Mem~Bar (Dennis) has enough to arm a boarding party!
