Avast Ye, Mateys!

It is once again that time of year; time to raise the sail and hoist anchor! That's right, you scurvy dogs, it is time to set sail for

SeaDog Nights and Gypsy Carnival!

It is straight down to business we'll be gettin' -- this year's SeaDog Nights and Gypsy Carnival will be held

July 23- 27 at Cheadle Lake Park
in Lebanon, Oregon!

It is with great anticipation and trepidation that we are lookin' forward
to seein' you and all those scoundrels that you call friends

Join us for the celebration of the year!

As you know we humble pirates are not the type to be sittin' around and twiddlin' our thumbs. We will be havin' some mighty lively entertainment! There will be numerous workshops available to learn all kinds of new and interesting things in areas that capture your attention!

The Gypsy Carnival will keep you on your toes as they tempt you with shiny objects
and captivate you with their jovial attitudes toward the world.

It is with not one but two Gypsy Parades that we shall celebrate all throughout SeaDogs, this wonderful get-together of friends from all over. Bring your noise-makers, booty-shakers and everything shiny you can get your hands on to be a part of this plethora of gypsies and pirates, and know for sure that the cannons are not the only bang-up performance on site!

For directions and more information, please visit the Seadog Nights website.

I had a total blast! The heat got a bit much at times, which is why I was so glad to have the river there. Counting down for next year.

Don't throw me overboard, Jas (sighs) I can not make it this year. My Bio Family has the reunion and happens to be the 24th thru 26th. It sucks, yes, but I will make Iron CLAD plans to attend next yr. Forgive me please.

    •  This was my first Sea Dog Nights and Gypsy Carnival and I loved it. It was a bit warm for me but what did I really expect in the middle of summer. My husband and I had so much fun and are looking forward to the next one (we just will not need to pack as much garb the next time around) :)
    •  Fabulous.
    •  Hot So HOT!
    •  The games were the best, we joined in song and battle cry! Won a lot of prizes! The weather was extreme. Everyone had a good time in spite of the heat! Lots of hugs at arrival and pack out! Do it again? Oh yes!
    •  Just wanted to say that Jax is awesome and I really appreciate you.
    •  The heat really murdered the event for me, and that isn't the first time. I know, it's not like anyone can do anything about it, but it really does suck to be tromping around looking for hidden treasures or scavenger hunting when the heat is in triple digits. I really think that, in my future, I will keep my eventing restricted to events earlier or later in the year to avoid this summer peak. At least the Indigo Sun (my ship) can say it was responsible for creating, hosting, and leading the Pirate Accord that allowed six entire ships and houses to win their shares of Frigga's treasure! That, at least, was worth braving the heat this time.
    •  It was great. I loved the Dawg Bowl and Capt. Kat did a great job with it. I appoligise it was not cried better and I will have that is better place next year. Yes, Zorgon roped me into doing it again next year. I hope the Criminal Dawn will do the Dawg bowl again too. I am open to anysuggestion to make the Dog of the Sea better. Oh, and Congradulations Mem~bar for becoming the DOS this year. If anyone is a "Dog" it is Mem~bar. Well met. I am looking foerard to working and playing with you again next year. Captain Gracie of Graces Revenge..
    •  Too hot (as usual), but still a blast. Second year in a row that I won a part of the treasure! I also took the title of Grand Perudo Champion!! Congrats to Mem~Bar` for being this year's Dog of the Sea!! And special Criminal Dawn kudos to NoTorious, our ship's MVP this year!! :D
